"Fav place we've stayed in Nola!! Rates are super reasonable for the area and accommodations. PRIME location if you're more into the Frenchman scene than Bourbon. Room was exactly as pictured, very clean, comfy bed & pillows, shower had great water pressure, and the overall vibe/feel was perfect! "I wanted to visit her because of it's role in NCIS New Orleans. The exterior of the building is just as it appears on TV. The interior is different, that which is shown on TV was a sound-stage set built in Elmwood. The place has a nice friendly atmosphere, the drinks are good and fairly priced. It's busy, with lots of folks coming and going. A great place to people watch and enjoy good conversation. It's also dog-friendly. I recommend..."

"This review is for the bar only, which is a great dive bar with super helpful and polite staff, they absolutely made sure our drinks stayed filled and then got us to go cups when we were done enjoying the inside of the bar. If you like dive bars and cheap strong drinks, I highly recommend this spot!"

"We stayed here for the first weekend of Mardi Gras in 2026. The room was amazing with Sonos sound systems in every room and comfortable beds and high quality pillows. More than the room though, we were super impressed with how friendly the staff was. They were very accommodating, holding our bags on our last day. "I never have a bad time when I stumble in this place. I always tend to meet somebody from Chicago I'm definitely someone friendly from New Orleans. This place is definitely a must if you're looking to get away from all the hullabaloo. They're also dog friendly on the patio."

"Stopped here a few times for drinks enroute to Frenchman. Felt like a local dive bar with extensive beer menu at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and chatty as were the locals drinking here. Would definitely visit again"
